To his daughter Mary Wordsworth £40 - Elizabeth his wife and her assigns to enjoy all his lands and housing with the profits therefrom until the feast of the Purification of the Blessed Virgin Mary after her death, provided that she find competent meat, drink and other neccessities for Mary - reversion of the lands etc. to his son Gregory who is to pay Mary £4p.a. from the time he enters into the lands - in default of payment, Mary to have power to enter into closes at Scoalhill called the Pingle, Two Acres, Far Gravells and Three Royd - the residue of his goods etc. to Elizabeth who is to be executrix.
