A John Robson of Burtley, Chollerton made his will in 1755, so this may have been when he died.

An Elizabeth, wife of John Robson of the Heugh, was buried at Birtley, Chollerton on 15 Jun 1715, but this must have been a different John

Will/Admon

There were two burial records for Thomas Robson of Birtley (sometimes called Birkley) - the other was 23rd April 1727
The Thomas Robson who died in 1720 made his will in 1715 and mentioned his wife but unfortunately did not name her. So it is by no means certain that this was this Thomas, nor which one was married to Barbara, because Barbara died in 1718. The will mentions all of the children apart from Elizabeth.
It is quite possibly that William Robson had a brother called Thomas who died in 1720 and that this Thomas did not died until 1727.

In the name ofg God Amen, I Thomas Robson of Birkley, being weak in body but of good and perfect memory. blessed be God, do make and ordain this my last will and testament in manner and form following. First I bequeath my body to be buried as my executors shall think fit and doo recommend my soul to God for salvation in and through the merits of my dear saviour Jesus Christ and as for my goods which God hath blest me with, I give and bequeath them as followeth:
First my will and pleasure is I give unto my wife and my son Henry Robson all my stock of beasts and horses and all my household goods whatsoever and as pewter, brass, wooden vessell, beds and bedsteads, tables, forms chirs, iron and iron vessell and all other household goods and implements whatsoever, and all my husband gear as wains, wheels, ploughs, harrows, plow irons and all movable house wood and the twenty pound bond which I have from my son Thomas Robson my will and pleasure is that he shall pay unto my son Henry Robson, to him his heirs, executors, administrators or assigns.
Item I leave a legacy unto my son John Jobson ten shillings
I leave unto my som Thomas Robson ten shillings
I leave unto my daughter Anne Robson twenty shillings
and lastly I leave unto my youngest daighter Jane Robson one pound ten shillings and of all other goods and chattels both movable and immovable I do ordain and appoint my said wife and my son Henry Robson joint executors in witness whereof I the said Thomas Robson do set my hand thois April the 4 day Annon domi: 1715 declared to be my last will and testament in the presence of witnesses of this my last will and testament of Thomas Robson

I have only found one baptism record for Joseph to William, but it gives the name of his mother as Ann rather than Catren. 1687 would fit nicely between 1683 and 1693, but this may just be coincidental, because William and Ann also had a daughter Ann in 1694.
I think that Catren was living with Joseph at Low Shield Green in 1715 when she died
