travelled in burma in early 1900's and shared a cabin with Olwen Lloyd, and got on very well together.
They were going to stay with their respective brothers, Derick Grant and Idwal Lloyd, both serving officers in the Indian Civil Service. Adter marrying Idwal, spent most of her life in Burma.
