I am assuming that it was Mary who married Mr Newcomb, but it could have been Katherine, or even Philippa if I have the wrong burial date (ie this may have been a different Philippa)

Elizabeth must have been born in 1846 or very early in 1747 for her to have been aged 73 when she died
She was a witness to Sybil's marriage in 1779
She was living in Brecon in 1809 when she made her will, and was still there in 1820 where she died, but she was actually buried at Aberedw (see below for memorial inscription)
She was probably baptised at New Radnor or thereabouts
She remained a spinster

Her will was made on 18th November 1809, but her will was not proved until 11th January 1822.
One of the trustees was George Awbury, a saddler of Brecon. One wonders if there might be some connection between this George Awbury and her sister Sybil's husband Thomas Jones, who was also a saddler before becoming an inn keeper around 1785.
Her nephew was William Newcomb, who was bequeathed property in Aberedw and had a son called James Baskerville Newcomb. So presumably one of her other sisters (ie Mary, Katherine or Philippa) must have married a Mr Newcomb.

It seems likely that it was this Thomas who had children at Aberedw in the late 1700s
Sybil may have been named after Thomas's older sister
He and Mary Pritchard, widow, were married by license (NLW ref BR/46/51)
Was there another daughter called Phillipa??

Although the will of Thomas Baskerville was made in June 1803, it was not proved until 1809. It fails to mention any of his children, which suggests that I may have the wrong Thomas, but the will was small in value, which would support this being a minor line of descent. (NLW ref BR/1809/1/W)

In the name of God amen, I Thomas Baskerville of the parish of Aberedow village in the county of Radnor being of sound mind memory and understanding prased be God do make and ordain this my last will and testament in manner and form following as to my temporal estate: First of all I give and bequeath to Mary my wife this House and Garden and all that garden which I bought and all that blong to it which is called Teve Gwelin in the Priting, for her to sel it or what shee yjing proper and all other things & fowls that I have all to her disposal as shee think proper; and I do hereby constitute and appoint Mary Baskerville my wife for to be my sole executor of this my last will and testament revoking all wills by me heretofore made by me dated the first day of June 1803. Signed sealed published and declared in the presence of us being witnesses thereunto. Thomas Baskerville, John James, William Stephens.

Let this will be registered the same having been duly proved by Mary Baskerville sole executrix - effects sworn under five pounds 10th July 1809
