| | Thomas and Mary's fourth child, James Hine, practised for years in Plymouth as an architect. He never married and died in retirement at Launceston. His Will makes it clear that he was something of a bibliophile. He and his firm were responsible for a number of churches and restorations, especially in Plymouth, and for the Guildhall there. He was a full-blooded "Goth" in style. |
