| The Christopher Wannop of Holme End, Crosby, who made his will in 1726, may have been his son, because this Christopher married Ann Thompson in 1724 and had a daughter Margaret in 1725, so died young.
Christopher Wannop of Holme Ends was fined for not making up his portion of the churchyard hedge at Crosby-on-Eden in 1664.But this was probably his father Christopher (see below)
A Christopher Wannop was a witness to probate of will of John Wannop of Holme House, Wetheral in 1722. This was probably not him. |
