Elizabeth was described as being the spinster daughter of James and Mary Baskerville in a 1741 indenture.
I originally had a date of 20th July 1751 for the marriage, but the parish record shows 8th July 1751

In a 1741 indenture, James is described as the son and heir and Elizabeth is described as the only younger child. This is a little strange, because it would appear that Elizabeth was born before the second James.

James was buried inside the church of St Cewydd's Aberedw, but he is described as having been aged 65 when he died, which is at odds with his baptism in 1720. He should have been aged 72. Likewise, his wife was aged 83 in 1808, implying birth in 1725 rather than 1720

Mary was party to the following indenture made in 1741. I can only assume that Jacob Pugh and Thomas Dale married two of Mary's daughters, but I have no records for this.
Pencastle is now derelict, Trevaughan is being renovated and Penbryn is Pen y Bryn just north east of Aberedw. Pen y Gareg is south of Aberedw, close to Llewelyn's cave (is is Hendre). I have been unable to locate Tyr Gethin.

This indenture made the first day of ffebruary in the fifteenth year of the reign of our sovereign lord George the second by the grace of God of Great Britain, ffrance and Ireland king, defender of the faith and so forth and in the year of our Lord God one thousand seven hundred and forty one BETWEEN Mary Baskerville of Aberedow in the county of Radnor, widow and relict of James Baskerville late of Aberdow aforesaid Gent. deceased, of the first part, James Baskerville of Aberedow aforesais only son of and heir of the said James Baskerville deceased by the said Mary his wife of the second part, Elizabeth Baskerville of Aberedow aforesaid, spinster daughter and only younger child of the said James Baskerville deceased by the said Mry his wife of the third part and Jacob Pugh of Aberedow aforesaid, Gent, and Thomas Dale of the parish of Old Radnor in the said County of Radnor Gent, of the other part WITNESSETH that the said Mary Baskerville for and in consideration of the sum of five shillings of lawfull money of Great Brittain to her in hand paid by the said Jacob Pugh and Thomas Dale at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged HATH demised, granted, bargained and sold and by these presents DOTH demise, grant, bargain and sell unto the said Jacob Pugh and Thomas Dale ALL those several messuages, lands, tenements and hereditaments herein after mentioned (that is to say) all that messuage, tenement and lands with the appurtenances comonly called and known by the name of the Hendry and now in the possession and occupation of John Watkins, and also all that other messuage or tenement abd lands with the appurtenances comonly called and known by the name of Pencastle now in the tenure and occupation of Mary Baskerville and also all that other messuage or tenement and lands with the appurtenances called and known by the name of Trevaughan and Tyr Gethin now in the tenure and occupation of Mary Baskerville and also all that other messuage, tenement and lands with appurtenances called by the name of Penbryn now in the possession of the said Mary Baskerville and also all that other messuage, tenement and lands with appurtenances comonly called and known by the name of Pen y Gareg now in the possession of Thomas Williams all which several messuages, lands, tenements, hereditaments and premises are situatye, lying and being in the parish of Aberedw and county of Radnor aforesaid and also all those messuages, lands, tenements and hereditaments situate, lying and being in the town and parish of New Radnor now in the tenure and occupation of Thomas Powell and also all those three little houses situate in the town of New Radnor aforesaid near the water street there now in the tenure and occupation of William Price and Mary Baskerville, together with all and singular houses, outhouses, barns, stables, buildings, gardens, orchards, arrable lands, meadows, leasows, pastures, feedings, woods, underwoods, ways, watercourses, comons, comon of pasture, liberties, profits, priviledges, hereditaments, rights, members, advantages and appurts whatsoever to the said several messuages, tenements, lands and premises respectively belonging or in any wise appurtaining and all other the premises, lands, tenements and hereditaments whatsoever of the said Mary Baskerville situate in the parish of Aberedow and town and parish of New Radnor aforesaid in the said county of Radnor and this reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders thereof TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all and singular the said premises with the appurts unto the said Jacob Pugh and Thomas Dale, their executors, admons and assigns from the day of the date hereof for and during the full end and term of one whole year from ? next showing and fully to be compleat and ended YIELDING and paying therefore to the said Mary Baskerville her heirs and assigns the rent of one peper-corn at the expiration of the said term if the same be lawfully demanded TO the intent that by virtue of these presents and by force of the statute made for transferring of uses into possession they the said Jacob Pugh and Thomas Dale may be in the actual possession and seizin of all and singular the said premises with the appurts and thereby be enabled and made capable to accept and take an absolute grant and release of the reversion and inheritance thereof to them the said Jacob Pugh and Thomas Dale their heirs and assigns upon such uses, intents and purposes as shall be thereof declared IN WITNESS whereof the said parties to these presents have hereunto put their hands and seals the day and year first above written
Signed and sealed by Mary Baskervell

The 1746 burial record states that "Mary Baskerville widow was buried on June 4th 1746" so I am assuming that this refers to this Mary
